For some remote areas, we need to add a remote area surcharge to the basic fee. Please note that this fee is not charged by FreeXBuy, but is determined based on the quotation of the logistics provider to determine whether to charge and how much to charge. 3. Delivery time

Sensitive goods:
For sensitive items such as essential oils, care solutions, lubricants, batteries, glue, etc., in order to ensure your normal delivery, we will remove these items when necessary.
Customs policy:
Containing brands, large amounts of liquids, powders, live goods, food, medicines, etc. may be subject to customs policies and there are certain risks in delivery. If any consequences are caused by the above reasons, FreeXBuy is not responsible for customs clearance and bears relevant legal responsibilities.
Unable to professionally inspect goods:
For electrical appliances, brands, tickets, cards, models and other products, we cannot conduct professional (quality, authenticity, integrity, etc.) inspections. The quality inspector can only check whether the appearance of the product is intact and whether the accessories are complete, but cannot turn on the machine to check whether the product has any quality problems.
Fragile products:
Containing ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped products (such as wipers, car fenders, etc.), they may be worn and broken due to multiple transfers during transportation. We guarantee the integrity of the product before shipment, but if it is damaged during the delivery process and is determined to be fragile by the logistics, the resulting losses shall be borne by you.
Customized products:
If the order you submitted is a customized product, it is recommended that you negotiate with the merchant and confirm the product details. After successful negotiation, please provide the contact information of the merchant. We cannot conduct professional inspections on such products, and the resulting losses shall be borne by you.
Deposit order:
Due to Taobao seller regulations, deposit order products cannot be cancelled after being photographed, and you need to follow up on the information released by the seller to make up the balance before delivery. If the balance is not paid within the time limit, the deposit will not be refunded.
Low seller reputation:
It is recommended to choose a store with high reputation (at least three hearts) and Taobao deposit to purchase goods. Goods with collection value:
