Shipping Discount

The system will deduct a certain percentage of the shipping fee according to the member’s VIP level when users submit their parcel orders.

 

Free Storage

FreeXBuy offers 90-days of free storage to general shopping agent and parcel forwarding orders, which is calculated from the day your item is stocked in to the warehouse. A reminder will be sent via email to users before the item gets expired. In case a user fails to dispatch the item after the 90-days period and provides no feedback, the item will be deemed abandoned. FreeXBuy will destroy the expired items.

 

Priority Channel to Customer Service

Ø  VIP6 and VIP5 Users enjoy priority to online customer service (in logged-in status), and are exempted from waiting in the queue.

Users of the same priority level will be received according to the time order of their requests.

After the status of your shopping agent order turns “Received (Domestic), the warehouse will efficiently finish item inspection and warehouse stock-in of your parcel within 12 hours.

Ø  24-Hour Dispatch

When you submit a parcel for shipping, the warehouse will quickly stock out from the warehouse and packing of your parcel within 24 hours.

Rapid Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and processed for purchasing within 12 hours, 24/7.

Express Parcel Handling

International parcels are dispatched for shipping within 24 hours after submission.
